Download the file eqchangesv14 blah blah. Open it up, and extract all to a folder of the same name. You choose the location but the folder will be named the same as the download. Eqchange_v14 or such. Go into the folder. Ctrl A or edit - select all or drag your mouse cursor and select everything. Once the contents are completely highlighted right click and hit copy. Now go to your EQ directory and right click anywhere inside the folder except on an actual file and hit paste. Choose to replace or overwrite.
Done.
