With the other changes such as those made to Ivandyr's hoop it's clear the server intends to be better then classic in cases that are obvious, and I think the keeping the targeting circle certainly applies.

Difficulty should come from content not because the UI is just so bloody cumbersome.

Related question, anyway to tone down the rapid flashing of a nearby selected player's name? It's bad enough to cause seizures.
