it's kindof weird. regional shit is always better where it comes from. no matter how good you think your state makes it... i lived in philly 5 years, no one makes a cheese steak like it comes from philly (jims steaks, if anyone's interested in the best). lived in NY, no one makes a pizza like NY (yea, the city). Rochester's got the Garbage Plate. get one at nick taho's or Dogtown
