i have no idea at all what TIME the suspensions were handed out or set for. i don't even know how long the suspensions were for. But here is what i CAN tell you.
If I suspend you for 1 d (one day) and it is currently 9:47pm my time then you can log in at 9:48pm tomorrow.
So. you were probably suspended for 14 d. so it would be Saturday at approximately 1 minute after the command "#suspend addchar XXXXXXX 14 d" was typed.

They were done as a query. They're all set to expire at epoch ts 1315690815, which is Sat, 10 Sep 2011 21:40:15 GMT
