At least you guys don't live in the Central Valley. I grew up in Ventura and went to college in San Francisco, and now live in Modesto. If you live in California you have to live in either Socal or the Bay for it to be great (though admittedly I like Socal better than SF)... once you get into the area from Bakersfield all the way up to Stockton... ugh. Only redeeming quality is that if you drive through with Bob Seger playing you feel like a redneck badass.
Seary every time I see a post by you you have no idea how fucking jealous I get that you're in Santa Monica and I'm in fucking Modesto. God damnit.
