Plane of Sky Quest NPC dialog
I noticed that Gragrot did not have any of the correct dialog regarding the item upgrades (for if you had the old reward). I checked Rayne as well, same deal. They're taking the old items and giving out the new, but the dialog for the trade-up is missing.
The correct dialog is most easily found on the wiki.
