100% sure that Lrodd shouted in kunark era. Not sure of before that.
When Lrodds placeholder would spawn, there was a bug where sometimes the message would come from the plauged rat. It would say something like "A plauged rats corpse_01 Shouts, ARGGGGH You have disturbed my slumber, now suffer as I have". I'm pretty sure this bug existed all the way until befallen was totally revamped.
