Whenever you would say "nice mask" or "nice hat" to a Misty or Rivervale guard, they'd say something about it.
Unfortunately, I don't know what it should exactly be and can't find any real corroborating evidence other than a stray post on the EQ boards (Scroll down to Rozzil's post):

I'm guess that the same response is up on live, though.
I realize this is so entirely minor in the scheme of bugs and fixes needed. It's just that I felt so empty inside when they didn't talk to me.
