I just don't get it.. In ALL of those situations aside from the raid ones where it is competitive (which i recognized) there is NO COMPETITION.
It's like you read my post, quote it, but still miss the point completely. This game, these scenario's you explained are not competitive. Can you really be that worried about the other guy? Since when are there not enough mobs in DL? Since when do lvl 12 newbs who don't even know a zone or think to look at a zone map install showeq?
Since when is a "tracker" not a tracker? I don't know about you but I know when someone in my guild is a ranger or druid. Even then, what harm is it doing you that this "tracker" finds someones epic item? If someone's not lost and it saves them 4 hours how does that effect you? KC, showeq is not going to help you pull here you are still either going to need a ranger/druid with harmony, someone with lull or a skilled monk to pull. You must have absolutely no idea what this program does if you think you wouldn't. For that last situation.. that's why you bring a tracker of your own. If you went without one you should know your likely wasting time.
What I'm saying is this, you are not competing in this game. It is a PvE game, never have I worried that someone has an advantage over me because you know what? It's not a competition!!

I didn't miss the point, bro. I think you missed mine. Ultimately this game is all about competition, directly or indirectly. Your implicit touting and overt trivialization of a program that gives advantages to players that use it over players that don't is beyond me.
I was just highlighting the
inobvious effects it has in normal play. Don't insult my intelligence with a spurious argument about how it doesn't affect the average player. And those of us who have a more serious inclination for competitive play have even more reason to be infuriated with what's been happening over the last two years.
