Don't go overboard here. trax i don't think was ever banned in the first place but as amelinda said, only the accounts that were cheated on. it seems the population thinks punishing the 365 accounts in that manner was extremely light and smelled of favoritism. it was an incredibly dumb decision that can't be understated. it really paid off to cheat on this server for nearly 2 years and when it was addressed the ones caught were only given a slap on the wrist and, at least at the moment, allowed to come back and keep their goodies they cheated for. i don't speak for myself when i say that the numbers didn't shock me but this decision made my jaw drop.

it also seems xzerion was snatching VP data off the p99 dev server and in turn drawing up an instruction manual and TR had their own server to test a p99-copy of the VP here. the claim that the information can be gathered from the internet isn't true. *newly released zones here are always broken and have always differed from live and therefore any data grabbed from the web will be different than what's developed here* had anyone drawn up a PoSky guide (and who knows, maybe he did take notes here too) it would have been MASSIVELY different than it was on live. the fact is his job was to point that out to you guys and not get a head start because of his status. you claim it was innocent and you're inclined to take his word for it, but after you fail to ban a metric butt-ton of cheaters from the server and live up to your own word and past stance on cheating, i'm inclined to disagree. you opened up a can of worms with a single decision and anything from that point on will look tainted.
