There's other charges that could be brought up that involve big words that I am not sober enough to remember at the moment. They aren't supposed to put anything like that on the client-side, especially without fair warning before hand and updating the EULA to include it (though changing the EULA could be interpreted as them claiming the software to be their own work and, well, that just wouldn't fly).
No, I wasn't caught doing anything. I actually uninstalled EQ from my computer a day or 2 before the .dll was implemented. I'm 'up in arms' about it because it could be used for more than just interacting with eqgame.exe related files. Sure, right now all it's set to do is interact with those files, but anyone on the other end of it could change that at a moment's notice and no one would ever know.
