Default Still getting (ERRORCODE DLL-2)
I've tried everything suggested so far, and still no luck.

Added wsock32.dll to both norton exemption lists and restored, Nothing

Disabled norton, re downloaded V13, Nothing.

Removed norton entirely and re-downloaded V13, Nothing.

Restored my machine back to july sometime, Pre-norton, downloaded v13 and extracted files, Nothing.

Still getting (ERRORCODE DLL-2) at the char screen, what am I missing here?
