If your proposing custom features.. doubt thats going to happen as they are developing as close to classic experience as possible
maybe not full on classic.. as they are considering a compromise on YT and a fix for OOR healers (and hopefully losing hybrid penalties)

Yellow text is not classic. Why would it be included?
If the player base can influence something like that then I'm pushing for Halfling Rangers, and that's just for starters...
