The only players that can confirm the conversations involving this situation are Teeroy or the people in our Vent server when the conversation with Roofie and Anthrax supposedly take place. If one of those people can come in and confirm one way or another, then I'm sure the denizens of RNF will take care of the rest.
But it still stands: It's just pixels, and they're two adults that are expected to work it out on their own. The guild leadership cannot be held responsible for knowing every transaction between guild members, especially in a "he said - she said" situation such as this one.

Of course it's a he said she said situation. Did you expect Roofie to take screenshots or log their conversation when he's loaning out an item to a guild member? Anthrax can lie his ass off and and your ineffectual leadership will just go WELP! How can we possible establish the truth here?! Nothing gets done, sorry!
I'm going to just blame your guild leader being a woman. They are not capable leaders and this proves it.
