In the beginning it may attract a lot of casuals, and some HC players when there are no raid targets on both blue and green and don't feel like farming. But every time the server resets it would make players contemplate wtf they are doing with their life and eventually quit, at least a random newb toon you make on green or blue would last as long as you want it to last, and whatever wealth you create with it adds and stays with your collection. The server will eventually be deader than red.
