I like the idea, I'd join. I join most of the "official" progression servers whenever they start one up, just because I love levelling with others. I won't be joining the latest one, though, because it starts way after Velious. I abandoned my characters on blue when green started, and I had so much fun!
We'd still have the green, blue and red servers for those that didn't fancy it.
I'd like it if you could keep your character's name and maybe their starting stats over a reset. Anyone who didn't want that would be free to delete and re-create their character, of course.
Day 1 could be amazing fun!
