Please allow me to provide you with some constructive feedback that might strengthen your argument: learn to test. Quit posting bullshit junk parses and go get some real data.
What you might find that AC is absolutely useless to raid tanking. The only thing that matters is HP and defensive cooldown.
Do you have anything to help with that discussion or are you going to talk more about how your level 40 ranger tanked Lodizal for 20 seconds?
