I use earth unless its not my highest lvl pet. Fire sucks. water sucks unless u have a fear kite duo lvl 54+. Air is ok, but not as tanky as earth.

Never cared about the 50% thing. Kill 2 mobs for the price of one = 50% exp irrelevant.
