I have a 60 warrior with moderate raid gear on green 6650hp and 1350? Ac buffed last I checked. I can also use a different warrior with 1500ac. Did you just auto attack and parse logs? I guess ide have to find someone bored enough to heal me.

That would be awesome if you could do some parsing!
Don't look at your character sheet AC (1350 AC, 1500 AC, etc), the value isn't really valid for P99, other than showing your AC went up or down. Just add up your actual worn AC and post that for any testing.
Yeah you basically want to wear different AC values and get hit as much as possible.
I would do something like test at 100 worn AC, 200 Worn AC, 300 worn AC, and 400 worn AC as a starting point. Note whether you wore a shield or not.
