Yeah bards, beastlords, and rogues all have a slow (rogues via new poisons) but the slow value % is supposedly not high enough for most d4 bosses. Idk if this is true, just what i hear.
It would be cool to theorycraft with those lesser % slow and see whats possible.
Enchanter is really strong. If you want to enchanter, go for it! Like we said before, slow is huge. They even buffed up their animation into a paladin pet that LoH and heals you and stuff. Someone said its better than mage pets, idk if thats true. I think they did it to discourage charming, but most enchanters still charm bc its just as OP as you remember.

I have been playing monk/ckr/ench and I use the enchanter kind of like a bard... run up to a room, charm something, ae mez everything fight for a bit, it breaks, but whatever, just recharm it, it's a super fast cast with inverse invocation. burning through tons of mobs super easy, everything cc'd or slowed, and rolling hots on myself
