If you ever want to totally screw up your gym progress, have a kid. Apparently a diet plan that is centered around red bull and no sleep is not good for gains. Who knew....

although he's about 8kg now, so i've started doing one handed baby bicep curls and shoulder presses. He's almost like a little wiggly kettle bell.

Muscle memory is a crazy phenomenon. Muscle fiber isn’t really gone, it’s just shrunk. There is tons of evidence showing that lost muscle is regained at between 2x up to 5(!!)x the original rate it took to gain it

Muscle memory will make your progress feel like you are on gear, it’ll be fun
