Hey! I started on this server a couple of weeks ago as a total newbie. I highly recommend checking out [Guild Name]. I joined them a few weeks back and the vibe is exactly what you are looking for: zero toxicity, they help out with epics, and they bring people into raids even if you have never seen the bosses before.
