+1 for Safe Space, they're super newbie-friendly and will always help you learn the mechanics without any toxicity. But I'd also recommend that OP posts their prime time (what hours you usually play) and what you're actually interested in, like PvE or PvP. That'll make the search way easier since there are tons of guilds out there, and you definitely want to find one where people are active in your time zone.
