Not to be that guy, but even if you record them, the timing doesn't need to be exact. Scripting is really only gonna fail if a GM gets in there to do the bot checks etc. Y'all can record and petition, but I have doubts you'd see a script that runs on specific timers without rand() timers added. Even a bunch of spells could be out of order if they were simply nukes (like you can easily do with summoner, on say a druid)

From here it's just reading logs for things like "root wore off". Botters suck and unless a GM comes in to check for a human, it's not hard to change up the methods. Even your pathing to the target spot could be set to one of a few paths used at random.
Anywho, Botters deserve to burn, but everyone saying to use OBS/Fraps is assuming this is the most basic of bots. With AI out in the wild now, I would assume much more complexity.
