The hate ench piece is a major bottleneck right now because no one wants to do hate. Probably even more than VD for most people, who is still a major botteneck due to LR sellers (lol).
I tried paying castle/well dwellers what they asked for to get the LR but communication was poor and it ended up not working out. I guess no one cares to sell 10-15k LRs on a 7min rot item when you're literally making millions from earth staves and SEOCs. Ended up hanging out at fountain and lucking out by getting one from GG who drafted hate last time.
I guess my point is I feel hate is in a fucked up state not only because of farmers but also because the outdated loot tables make it so that most people couldn't care less to go there. Too much trouble for generally little reward. Even if the farmers vanished I'm not sure how much traffic you'd see. The farmers have the most efficient way to go at it already.

It's mostly fucked because you have to face a band of inbred incels to get your piece of nostalgia, so even hardcore guilds don't even bother.
It took years of damning documentation for castle to get Doak perma banned from the auto tracking farmers.
This late into velious and with EQL / MNM, no one wants to bother or play steven spielberg to document PNP abuses through 3rd party automation...
