People do try to go there and wait for it to spawn. The problem is that this guy is there the vast majority of the time, and if he is AFK and Stormfeather happens to spawn, and just just remains FD on the spot, you could potentially get into trouble with the GMs by trying to engage -- even if you thought this vermin wasn't even present at his computer.
Hence why the OP made this thread, and why so many of us in Green server have had their fill with this guy. If what one user before said is true -- if he petitions GMs for another person claiming the Stormfeather spot before him, then why wouldn't this "individual" try to petition you for "stealing"?

It doesn't sound like Grims is boxing multiple characters in line or manipulating the list.
If Grims is playing by the rules, anyone on Green can simply wait in line. I don't understand why people are having trouble with this concept. There have been player enforced lists on P99 for over a decade.
