The clearing exception is gone for the temporary reversion, everyone ports out. After 3 months reverts to camp rules.

The link didn't work, but I'll take your word for it. Is there any evidence of players breaking the rules by not porting out, such as farm crews? I'd imagine you'd be able to get punishments for those players.

Worst case though you can contest the farm crews in 3 months.
