Not with the new rules you can not be in zone , you have to port up when it spawns... and the cartel do not follow the guild accounts and log on there bots/box accounts and engaged before you even port up ... this one small group of box/real life eBay $$$ group epic blockers been doing this s$%@ for too long enough is enough .... they have demoralized all the guilds but one on green from even going to hate ... and the gm's let it happen .... frustration is real .... and yes gm's can say as they want but the talk is in every guild ,,,, they are in on it ., Enough is enough ..... they need to make hate a guild raiding one once more ... If you are saying there are unguilded players camped in hate to get around the rules specific to guilds, just do the same thing.
If they are actually breaking the rules somehow, you could even record them and post the evidence everywhere, so it can't be denied. Action may be taken then.
If you just give up and assume you can't win, that is how the farm crew wins.
