Huh? When did they say that? Isn't the "Summon Corpse" spell drop in Splitpaw a non-legacy item and they made that a /list camp for awhile. I don't think it's a /list camp anymore, but it was for awhile. And it didn't start as one either. They saw the monopolization of the camp/drop going on (IIRC it was for cheesing Sky at the time) and converted it to a /list camp. So that refutes your point.

Also, some of the VP Key pieces are still /list

You can read my post again. I didn't say the staff explicitly said this. They don't have a habit of doing that. I am simply pointing out their behavior over the past 6 years. Actions speak louder than words.
As far as I know, zero camps have been given the /list treatment on Blue. I explicitly said Blue in the post you are quoting. I said "non-legacy" camps because I didn't want to distract the conversation with camps that were /list on Green for very specific reasons. Zuranthium seems to have a lot of trouble reading posts, so I am trying to keep them short when replying to him.
It is fairly obvious the two camps mentioned were given the /list treatment because Green is newer. Not as many players have certain raid items like VP Keys and summon corpse. The staff has a clear track record of adjusting raid specific camps/rules/items. The Plane of Sky rotation, rooted dragons, clickie nerfs, etc., are all clear examples of this.
Stormfeather has no relationship to raiding. There is no reason to assume the Stormfeather camp will ever be given the /list treatment based on past behavior.
