No, you couldn't. Bots aren't allowed and having 18 people dedicated to a target like that would be a massive waste. Any SK from outside the guild would be able to come along have at chance of clicking their Harm Touch faster and beating the other 18 SK's.
Right now 1 single player gets to monopolize a spawn. Even if a guild could theoretically monopolize a spawn with 18 people (which they couldn't), that would be a HUGE win for the server. That's a ridiculous dedication of resources to 1 spawn, freeing up 17 other spawns in the game world which would have been otherwise camped by them!

P99's Plane of Sky rotation rules are in effect today. Your rotation rules are not in effect. This already proves your rotation rules are not a requirement.
You clearly haven't raided on P99 with any regularity, as you don't know guilds have plenty of bots people can log into for a variety of purposes. This has been going on for years, as has the practice of handing out DKP for camping items like Shiny Brass Idol.
There is no reason to continue the discussion. You clearly do not want to talk about P99, or how people actually play.

A sky rotation slot is a full 24 hours. Sky mobs have like a 6 hour respawn timer on P99?

Some sky mobs are 12 hours. Sky rotations have been less than 24 hours in the past if memory serves, if more slots were needed. But yeah 24 hours on green makes sense according to the wiki page.
