EQL exists specifically because of people who run EMU's, dunno. There also wouldn't be a "new" server per se, it would be a movement of Green's characters to Blue and Green's timeline resetting.
Maybe Daybreak will even want to launch their own p99. All of the work done here would be ported over there.
