I believe Klob Pulp just standed around outside one of the empty ogre huts in the Feerrott, specifically the one right next to the initial ogre bind spot that newbie ogres have. He was moved to Oggok to stand by a tree at some point after Velious. I believe he was still by his hut in the Feerrott in PoP.
