In regards to damage heal notes, If you read threads you will see that patch notes aren't always what really happened. They may say what Sony/Verant thought was going live in that patch, but the code they pushed didn't work as intended.
This is why nilbog combs through old log files to validate what really was implemented.
I am not sure about color of consider messages, if this was built into the client it could be trickier to implement. Or they have other priorities. Not always what meets the eye little Transformer
