Welcome roy, it's possible but there are a number of issues with running p99 full screen. A lot of players run it in a 'full screen' window where you get the better performance and convenience of windowed mode and you just size the window so it takes up your full screen, minus the task bar. Also the only frogloks in p99 are NPCs, they were added as a playable race several expansions after Velious where the p99 timeline ends.
