Turn in the light stones to Mrysila , at the gyps camp in North Karna the greater ones, when turned in give you a book, that takes up an inventory slot, but can be resold to her for 9p each, and worth a lot of exp .

For lvl 20 to 28 the Hermit in South Karna is good, 2 min respawn, drops fine steel weapons. No faction for killing him.
