12 wizards, 1 tank, few clerics, easy Vindi at ZL. This is an actual strategy. 8 giant's bane per wizard. No other melee so rampage doesn't matter. All clerics on hero tank.
Wizards wait for aggro to build up for 1 bane, then zone. Come back in 1 bane, then zone. Come back in 2 banes then zone, come back in 2 more banes then zone, come back in 2 more banes for kill.

This was done, I believe with even less wizards. There was an event recently where the objective was to kill Vindi with as small a crew as possible. Someone who knows better can chime in and say how many it took. (I think it was like 4-6 or something)
