Necro is my second choice. I really like Necro playstyle, as it shares some benefits with Enchanter.. but Necro can also root rot and fear kite, so more options than limited to charm killing.

Necro is badass. Fear kiting is solid until you get to level 34 or so, where the charm gets good. Kaesora is a golden spot for charming necros at level 40ish
