update, did 20 combines just a little bit ago with the same recipe and got 2 skillups so you guy are right.

Classic EQ tradeskilling was brutal. Non-tradeskillers will never appreciate it, but when you finally do hit that master/grandmaster mark (or get your Shawl, or whatever), it's just so satisfying because of how hard it was
