What are the general thoughts on the Ogre heads in BB? Is it worth the time and gear around level 8?

The helmet has no business being as good as it is. The rest is very meh. Finding Corflunk and Zarchoomi can be really inconsistent. On live, you'd level out before ever finding them both.
