I want to clarify that I'm not throwing shade on anyone who isn't themself chatty. Aside from a chat room a guild requires people to participate in some fashion for it to be fun and not everyone playing this emulator in current year is gregariously disposed for whatever rhyme or reason. In short, there are friendly knowledgeable people still around and OP might be someone to check out some other guilds on the server.
