20-40 is the absolute sweet spot imo. Your character starts to feel like a badass, the world really opens up, and level progression hasn't slowed too much to be a slog.

Is that assuming kunark / velious items or are we talking preexpansion, presky, pre sol ro temple, etc? Is it true to you for all classes?
