[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Plate arms do drop. Nobody is saying otherwise. I have been to quite a few HoTs, and no plate arms dropped for me. That is my point. Luck is a factor, as is your availability to raid. DKP isn't always the issue. So sometimes it is faster to just buy the item.
