If only. Got trained in City of Mist yesterday - the zone was empty except for me and 1 group down at the arena. This fool sees me up on ramparts, having already cleared 12 of the spawns and starts pulling ramparts mobs down to arena - by way of having them fall off the ledge near the center.
When I said "Hey please dont do that, they are pathing through mobs I have aggro on" their response was "You can only claim one spawn" and "You should find somewhere else to exp"
Sure enough, she pulled a mob down and then zoned, and it trained reavers and the entirety of the moat / leading back to ramparts.
I petitioned in game, nothing. Petitioned on forums, so far - nothing. We'll see if the server rules really do prevail.

Yeah only dispute I ever had on green was resolved satisfactorily for both parties so I can't speak much for the process but rules aren't rules if they're not enforced. CSR on here has limited ressources so not sure how much time they can afford on each conflict but if you're being trained and they tell you to go pound sand it sounds pretty clear cut to me. Just for item reimbursment they have a 3 months backlog so it might take a while before you hear back from them.
