I'm late to the party but server rules still prevail. Training is a bannable offense and if you know there's a group there it becomes intentional. You can claim a spawn but you don't own the right to dictate suicide your ph however you see fit.
And if you don't clear your spawn in a timely fashion you lose it. That's it. You can't monopolize a spot just by the virtue of being physically there. I saw someone go AFK for several hours at overseer so after like an hour and trying to reach out I started clearing. Ended up getting a mask and a cloak and he still wasn't back... sitting there doesn't count.
There's kind of a gentlemen agreement between farmers down there but in the end server rules are still server rules.
