Three great choices. If you've only got 2 hours a day maximum a druid will at least get you to a location quickly. All 3 classes can solo well. Bring bandages for the enchanter to begin with

Clerics are viable but can be slow going. Undead wizard mode isn't quick but it its a journey

Shammies solo fairly well. If you're soloing a lot I'd recommend a troll for the regen and an iksar but lizard starting stats aren't so good.
Mage solo is another option. If you're doing this as self-found the pet can at least cover for you
