In the right hands, it would have been the right answer. If the parents had been allowed in to the school to get their kids, the kids would be alive today. if the police had gone in instead of sitting on their hands, and using hand sanitizer while waiting, those kids would still be alive. If someone had any balls at all, the shooter would have been taken out much sooner and those kids would still be alive today.
So yeah, more guns would have fixed this issue. Just not in the hands of these cowards in uniform.
