The only note I would make is there isn’t much I would Trueshot in ToV since Weaponshield is so much more important to hold on to (even if they unrooted all the dragons). A well-done ranger bump is the most noticeable Disc in that zone.
Outside ToV though, going dps-mode isn’t a horrible thing if there are extra rangers. I’ve trueshot most raid and epic targets. Most those fights are a couple clerics, a tank, and a burn down. Luckily almost every other npc in the game isn’t rooted. Especially if you don’t betray Tunare.
