Plan tonight is sled work with a neck harness and or prowler which I am now convinced due to that vid is like essential for knee health. Amazing content and while I've known Dave Tate for years by reputation and provenance and am a huge fan, I've heard of Kneesovertoes guy for almost as long and never looked for his stuff myself.
