1) CSR has no ability to restore dropped items or track down who picked them up so drop transfer issues are not supported via petition similar to MQs

If you're going to drop transfer, know what you're doing first. But in general there is no reason to drop transfer. Just ask someone to do a transfer for you. Plenty of kind people that will help. The servers are extremely inflated. People aren't hurting that bad for your solo farm gear.

some incorrect claims here... drop transferrers everywhere should rejoice! with the gm darver around, any item you drop on the ground is SAFE. he will ban the wrongdoers for picking up your loot and return your goods on a silver platter as it is his duty in the eyes of tunare. brad bless and happy drop transferring
