So if you do the quest sub-46 you can swap our the other trash rewards for a matchless dragonwing mantle which previously costed ~50k and now today like 10 people are suddenly selling these, and the price is plummeting fast.

I feel sorry for the one guy who was trying to sell his before the event started. Poor dude.

Not to mention the rewards for the 46+ bracket.

A BiS caster bracer and a PoM cloak that takes like 40k plat to buy the cards to make, but priests get a crappy stat stick that's not even remotely close to as good as the other rewards.

It's already starting to look like Project Quarm in here with that 45 item unity vulak (phattest in history by far, 7 abashi's, 7 mrylokar's 7 tolan's, 7 palladius' axes, 7 staves of the silent star, 7 sprinklers of the spirits, 55 tacos 55 fries, 55 burgers, etc. One of each for each guild (which included a guild consisting of like 15 or 20 people, so they basically got an insane amount of BiS loot for free whereas every other guild's members had to dump a lifetime worth of dkp to get their items.)

The devs and GMs have never been this generous, but this is probably a bit too much don't you think? Can we put a full set of BiS gear for each class as the reward for next year's Christmas event?

Spoken like a true p99 degenerate. Complaining about too many pixels going to small groups of people that would otherwise not get them.
